Location:
Belfast Introduction/Overview VANRATH is recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing organisation seeking to appoint an HR Consultant on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team, providing HR support and guidance across a broad range of people-related matters. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, delivering practical HR solutions, supporting employee relations matters, and contributing to a variety of HR projects and initiatives.
Salary & Benefits Salary range dependant on experience Hybrid Working Excellent career development opportunities Supportive team environment About You / Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience within a HR Advisory, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or similar HR role Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally CIPD qualification, working towards CIPD, or equivalent experience desirable Full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally What You'll Do /
Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and support across a range of employee relations and people management matters Build positive working relationships and act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related queries Support managers and stakeholders with the application of HR policies, procedures, and best practice Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention activities Assist with HR projects and organisational initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder engagement Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and practices Research and recommend practical solutions to support business and people objectives Prepare and maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and records Ensure HR activities are delivered in line with relevant employment legislation and organisational requirements Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high-quality HR service and positive stakeholder experience For further information on this job, or any other HR role in Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ryan Sykes for a confidential chat today.
