HR Advisor - 12 month Fixed term contract

Highly successful, well structured, collaborative HR team Our highly successful and well established, multi-site Client, headquartered in Belfast, wish to recruit an HR Advisor for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, to cover a maternity absence. Offering an immediate start, the successful HR Advisor will join a high performing, collaborative HR team, providing expert HR support and guidance to employees and managers across the Group.

The Role:

Provide accurate advice to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation. Support the recruitment and onboarding process, performance management, and offboarding activities. HR Records:
Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR. Support employee engagement initiatives Assist with the development of company policies and deliver HR training as required.

The Person : CIPD qualified (or working towards) Minimum of 2 years' experience in a generalist/advisory HR role Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law. Proven experience handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent communication and relationship building skills Flexible to travel across sites and access to your own transport. The Rewards:
