Sandwich Infant is seeking an HR Consultant to support its growth. The position is full-time, working term time plus two weeks, and is flexible to the candidate's preferred hours. The consultant will manage complex employee relations matters and provide strategic advice to senior leaders.
Experience in the education sector is desirable, along with strong employment law knowledge. The role will involve considerable remote working and occasional travel to different sites. Support will be provided for external clients and internal priorities.
