The Hrbp is looking for a Senior HR Generalist & Business Partner based in the UK. This role is part of ELIQUENT's global HR team and involves providing strategic HR partnership and operational HR support while coordinating recruitment across various regions.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner exposure. Strong knowledge in UK employment law is essential, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
As part of the job, you will also help in policy improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
