Belfast Introduction/Overview VANRATH is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation seeking to appoint an HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative HR team, providing expert advice and guidance across a broad range of people-related matters. The successful candidate will partner with managers and stakeholders, delivering practical HR advice, managing employee relations cases, and supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives that contribute to organisational success.

Salary & Benefits Up to £36,000 Hybrid working Excellent career development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment About You / Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience within an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or similar HR role Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident advising and supporting managers on a range of HR matters Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload and competing priorities Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally CIPD qualification, working towards CIPD, or equivalent experience desirable Full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally, where required What You'll Do /

Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, and performance issues Build strong working relationships with managers and act as a trusted HR partner Support the consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives Contribute to HR projects and organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder engagement Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and employee experience Prepare and maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and employee records Ensure all HR activities are delivered in line with employment legislation and organisational policies Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver a high-quality, responsive HR service For further information on this HR Advisor opportunity, or any other HR opportunities across Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ryan Sykes for a confidential discussion today.
