The Role As a Senior Consultant, you will:
Manage and grow your own education recruitment desk (Primary, Secondary, SEN or Support Staff). Build strong relationships with MAT leaders, school SLTs, and high-quality candidates. Leverage our GCA framework status to open new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships. Deliver a compliant, ethical, and high-quality service aligned with sector standards. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the wider growth of the business.

What Were Looking For Proven experience in education recruitment (or a similar fast-paced recruitment sector). A track record of billing success and relationship-building. Someone who thrives in a high-trust, high-reward environment. A consultant who wants to step up, take ownership, and grow with a scaling business.
