Full-time | Permanent About the Role Were looking for experienced and people-focused People Partners to join our clients HR team supporting managers and employees across the multi-site business during a period of growth and transformation This is a hybrid role based in South Wales, combining home working with regular on-site collaboration. As a trusted advisor, youll partner with leaders to deliver pragmatic HR support, drive engagement, support organisational change, and help create a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities Strategic business partnering to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives whilst driving cultural development Support OD and workforce planning aligned to growth and transformation. An exciting opportunity to lead and support people related transformation projects across the Group Partner with managers on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinaries, grievances, and wellbeing Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people management best practices as well as championing continuous improvement across people practices Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives driving capability and supporting leadership development and succession planning Line management of a small team of HR specialists Use people data and insights to support decision-making and workforce planning Help drive employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives About You Previous experience in a HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or People Partner role ideally within a regulated environment Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Confident managing complex employee relations cases Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience) desirable
