Unlimited Are you an experienced legal recruitment consultant ready to take your career to the next level? We're a relationship-focused boutique agency with ambitious growth plans, and we're looking for a driven, professional consultant to join us and own the UK private practice legal market.

The Role You'll work across the full UK private practice landscape, with a particular emphasis on the London market, placing legal professionals into silver circle and magic circle law firms. Working at all levels from associate through to partner, you'll be supported by a dedicated, experienced resourcer who handles candidate sourcing freeing you to focus on what you do best: building client relationships, winning mandates, and placing top legal talent.

This is a billing role for someone who knows the market, has existing relationships, and is ready to hit the ground running with genuine autonomy.
