Recruitment Consultant

Overview

We are a well-established recruitment agency serving engineering and manufacturing businesses across the UK. We’re growing and looking for Recruitment Consultants at all levels specialising in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Support, Executive, Supply Chain, or Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top‑tier talent to negotiating job offers, building strong relationships with clients and candidates and serving as a trusted advisor. You will receive full training and coaching to develop your skills.

• Proactively source and attract candidates using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to match them with clients' specific job requirements.
• Foster and sustain robust client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
• Oversee the recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to facilitating seamless onboarding.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and adopt best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Recruitment Consultant from any industry, ideally with a proven track record in a 360 or sales role.

• Competitive salary with uncapped commission and a first‑year OTE of £40,000.
