Remote ER Specialist

A leading quick service restaurant brand is looking for an HR Advisor to join its UK People Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The company pride themselves on premium ingredients and signature recipes. The company operates over 200 sites across the UK, with plans to grow further in 2025. About the Role:

• Covering around 100 sites in the South UK region
• First point of contact for line managers on employee relations (ER) matters
• Coaching and guiding managers through all aspects of ER casework
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders is essential

About You:

• Experienced in an ER-focused role, or as an HR Generalist with a strong ER background
• Background in hospitality or retail essential
• Confident managing multiple cases and knowledgeable in UK employment law
• Comfortable working remotely and travelling when needed
