Location: St Asaph

To provide a high level professional service which includes policy help and general HR issues. To ensure that WAST managers have support in all front line HR matters. To support the People Services team where required.

Main duties of the job

To work within People Services function and the HR Helpdesk, to ensure all contact is triaged and support and guidance is given to all colleagues sign posting to the People Services Partner and People Services Advisor where necessary and as appropriate.

Embed a culture of customer service excellence, promoting Equality Diversity & Inclusion and through their role support the implementation of the People and Culture Strategy.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post;

Person Specification Qualifications and/or Knowledge
  • Associate CIPD Membershp
  • Level 3 CIPD
  • Diploma level qualification in a professionally related subject or equivalent level of experience in a WF&OD role.
  • Level 5 CIPD
Experience
  • Sufficient recent experience in a Generalist HR Admin capacity
