Location: Cannock Wood
Care Concern Group is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to support our Midlands specialist care homes, helping them attract and retain exceptional people. This highly autonomous role involves regional travel and close collaboration with Home Managers to shape local recruitment strategies.
You'll own the recruitment journey from vacancy to offer, create engaging adverts, screen candidates, and build partnerships with local networks to ensure every home has access to great talent.
