World-renowned sporting organisation is seeking an interim Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to join their dynamic HR team for a 2-3 month assignment. The role offers an ASAP start, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, and flexible hours to suit business needs.
You will provide expert guidance to managers on employment law and people policies, support fair and compliant decisions, identify risks, monitor case trends, and help the HR team with ER administration and processes.
