Adviser – Employment

£28,911.17 a year.

London office/Remote worker.

Full time (35 hours a week) Permanent.

Scope is a charity working to close the disability employment gap. As an Adviser – Employment you will empower disabled people to find and progress in work through our national Support to Work service. You will work with customers to help them achieve their employment goals, deliver group sessions, and support a caseload of customers to stay in work.

• Provide personalised employment support and coaching to disabled people aged 16+.
• Deliver group facilitation sessions and individual casework.
• Maintain and manage a busy caseload, adapting to changing needs.
• Advise clients on job searching, interview preparation and workplace adjustments.
• Collaborate with partners and services to secure job placements and follow‑up support.

• Experience delivering employment support, advice or coaching.
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence in delivering group sessions.
• Knowledge of the barriers faced by disabled people in the labour market.
• Excellent communication skills and a supportive, person‑centred approach.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and adapt to changing needs.
• A commitment to empowering disabled people.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
