Sika is seeking a HR & Payroll Coordinator (18-month FTC) to join our HR team in the UK. The role operates across Leeds, Preston, Welwyn Garden City or Redditch with four days on site and one day from home, Monday to Friday.
You will manage payroll inputs in Success Factors, support HR hub activities for ~50 UK employees, and provide timely reports and analysis to stakeholders. CIPD L5 or equivalent and 2+ years payroll SME experience are preferred.
