What this job can offer youThe Mobility team builds a worldwide talent community and ensures employees transition smoothly across borders, adhering to local laws, with extensive immigration and relocation assistance. The team improves compliance in remote work and business travel and supports global mobility programs with strong stakeholder communication.
Join Remote as a Senior Mobility Specialist within the Onboarding and Mobility team to impact the global employment landscape.
What you bring- Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility, including the United Kingdom.
- Understanding of immigration processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth environment is ideal.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
- Monitor cases using case management and billing systems.
- Provide guidance on travel needs and immigration processes; act as a point of contact for travel and sponsorship cases.
- Offer legal and strategic guidance on immigration service delivery to clients.
- Own senior-level escalations and support Mobility Specialists.
- Assist leadership with large projects.
- Monitor the Mobility dashboard and help channels to ensure timely responses and accurate client visibility.
- Identify opportunities to expand in-house immigration services to improve revenue and efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit visa or work permit applications.
- Mentor Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.
- Contribute to training materials and rollout new offerings.
- Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and monitor immigration law for ongoing compliance and internal documentation control.
- Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses on complex cases.

We foster internal mobility and provide a compensation philosophy that supports pay equity. All compensation changes related to internal moves are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is £54,900–£61,750 GBP.
