Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Rethink Mental Illness is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to advise senior leaders and deliver people-led solutions aligned to our values. You will combine employee relations expertise with strategic insights, drawing on data to inform decisions and support organisational change.
A key focus is championing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion across the organisation. You will travel to London and operational locations as required, with a remote-first working pattern and a 35-hour week.
