BPP Holdings invites applications for a Full-time, permanent role managing HR Apprenticeship Programmes. You will line‑manage HR coaches, oversee quality assurance of coaching and assessment, and guide EPA strategy.
Travel is required for client meetings and conferences; largely home‑based. You will ensure first‑day learning evidence, deliver induction and EPA webinars, and work with Client Services and Relationship Managers to support learners and high‑risk cases.
