Competitive Basic  Uncapped Commission Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while becoming part of a supportive, ambitious recruitment business focused on building long-term client relationships. You'll be recruiting across a range of technology markets, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, interviews and offer management.

What we're looking for At least 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the IT or Technology recruitment sector. A proven track record of billing and developing client relationships. Experience managing the full recruitment process. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment. A professional, consultative approach with a focus on delivering quality rather than volume.

What you'll be doing Building and developing new client relationships. Managing and growing existing accounts. Sourcing and headhunting high-quality technology professionals. Conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements. Working closely with clients and candidates to provide an excellent recruitment experience. What we offer Fully remote working. Competitive basic salary.
