Bidcorp is seeking a HR Business Partner to join the People & Sustainability team, supporting several UK divisions. The role is remote with regular travel to Fleetwood, Birmingham, Leeds and Stockport, including overnight stays.
You will work with MDs and leadership to deliver practical HR solutions, lead area people plans and drive capability and performance across sites. Key requirements include 5+ years as an HRBP, UK employment law knowledge, driving license, and strong stakeholder
