Maze is seeking a People Operations Generalist on a part-time contractor basis for EMEA hours, open only to candidates in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, or the Netherlands. This role is remote with no employee benefits.
You will manage onboarding, HRIS data, and payroll coordination while partnering with leaders to scale our international workforce. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in People Ops, strong data handling, excellent communication, and an interest in AI-enabled HR workflows.
