Derby College is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join its high-performing HR team. The role is hybrid, based across College sites with some home working.
You will deliver proactive HR support, advise on employment matters, and contribute to policy development and training across the organisation. You will work with managers and staff to handle employee relations cases, support change projects, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and terms and conditions.
