Recruitment Consultant

Overview

Talentmark are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our STEM-focused organisation in our Stevenage office. This role would be suited to someone with 1 - 2 years in a recruitment role. While some understanding of the scientific or engineering industry would be helpful, we are focused on finding the right person — we can coach the rest. We are looking to meet with proactive candidates with a positive mentality who are passionate about supporting the team and delivering excellent service every day.

• You will be working with our Key Accounts in the pharmaceutical and chemicals sector.
• Sourcing quality candidates for our key clients for contract roles.
• Development of long-standing relationships with our contractors.
• Management of the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Providing well-briefed and well-matched candidates to our clients via online applicant tracking portals.

• Up to £27,500 per annum plus commission. We offer a competitive base salary based on relevant experience.
