Recruitment Partner – Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our close-knit team. You’ll work closely with our Support Centre functions, focusing on roles in Finance, HR, and Installations. You need to be well‑organised, proactive, and dedicated to delivering a great experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent for a broad variety of roles across specialist functions.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Finance, HR and Installations teams.
- Work effectively in challenging markets and use creative, innovative direct‑sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, support partners and colleagues to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Manage recruitment processes on a 2‑3 days a week in Watford, with flexible hybrid (remote/office) working.
Requirements
- Experience in an in‑house recruitment role, managing recruitment for varied levels within specialist functions.
- Proven ability to source and attract talent in challenging markets.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
