Merlin is hiring an Employee Relations Lead at The People Hub in Basingstoke. This hybrid role involves coordinating ER cases, coaching managers, and ensuring compliant, fair outcomes across the UK hub.
You’ll lead complex casework, contribute to policy development, and support on-call duties during weekends and peak periods. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
