An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role within the HR team, providing dedicated support and guidance to operational leaders across a multi-site environment.

Your New Role

As HR Advisor, you will partner closely with managers, providing practical and commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle. A significant part of the role will involve advising on employee relations matters, coaching managers on people management issues and ensuring HR best practice is consistently applied.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing first-line and specialist HR advice to managers on a range of employee relations matters
Managing cases relating to absence, conduct, performance, grievance and disciplinary issues
Coaching and developing managers to build confidence in people management Supporting organisational change initiatives where required
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business Supporting wider HR projects and people initiatives
What You'll Need to Succeed

Previous experience working as an HR Advisor or equivalent HR Generalist role
Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing complex ER cases
Sound understanding of UK employment legislation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and coach managers at all levels Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role
Experience supporting multi-site operations would be advantageous

Experience with in retail, hospitality, charity or other customer-facing environments would be beneficial
