Location: Kingston upon Hull
IMT Resourcing Solutions is working with a leading organisation supporting schools and academies to recruit an HR Advisor who provides practical, trusted HR advice across a diverse education environment. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you will work directly with school leaders at sites, with travel across Herefordshire.
The role combines on-site and occasional remote work, averaging 2-3 days on site per week, with some weeks requiring daily attendance.
