Just Mortgages, part of the Spicerhaart Group, is recruiting a Resourcing & Onboarding Specialist to support our nationwide recruitment journey from home. The role is remote with a South Wales base, full-time and an immediate start, offering £25,000 plus bonus and the opportunity to work with BambooHR and PeopleHR.
You will manage onboarding, conduct calls, maintain data, schedule inductions, perform compliance checks and produce weekly reports while collaborating with managers and candidates
