Location: Kingston upon Hull
Citizens Advice is seeking a People Advice Specialist. This hybrid role combines office and home working across England and Wales, with a 0.5 FTE schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). The salary is £46,375 per year, with London Allowance where applicable.
You will advise managers and employees on family-friendly practices, inclusion, performance, workforce change and conflict resolution, and help data-driven HR decisions with the wider People Services and Products teams.
