Rec & Sales Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage an Engineering & Manufacturing desk. The role is fully remote and based from Birmingham, with autonomy to develop client partnerships and place engineers and manufacturing professionals.
You will own end-to-end recruitment, build your client base, source and interview candidates, and negotiate offers. A driving licence is essential to support occasional client visits.
