Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (360) London / WFH to £40k + OTE

Join us at Client Server, a growing, technology focused recruitment consultancy in the heart of London's Financial District. We're looking for experienced 360 Senior Recruiters to source top-tier talent and develop client relationships at tech start-ups, software houses and financial organisations across the UK, with a focus on London markets.

You’ll have the opportunity to open a new desk, developing your own tech specialism or join one of our existing teams.

• Base Salary up to £40k + Uncapped Commission
• Up to £12k in personal incentives

• You’ll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles
• You’ll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio
• You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
• You’ll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service

• You have previous experience as a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sectors) in a 360 role
• You have a competitive and determined mindset
• You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
• You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
