Toolstation Limited is recruiting a People Partner for a 12-month maternity cover. This home-based role includes regular travel to supported sites, ideally near Northampton or Redditch. You will partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, build sustainable structures, and energise teams for growth.
We seek 5–8+ years in progressive HR roles, with change experience and strong data-driven insight. CIPD or related degree is valued.
