Grant Thornton UK LLP is recruiting an Employee Relations Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover. The role offers a flexible setup with hybrid/home working and a national remit, requiring strong advisory skills to senior leaders on employee relations and change management.
You'll oversee investigations into disciplinary, grievance and capability matters, support restructures and TUPE, and help build practical people solutions while maintaining our culture of inclusion and integrity.
