Rosie''s People is seeking an experienced Fractional HR Manager to provide day-to-day HR support for one or more client organisations as part of a flexible consultancy.
This remote, self-employed role requires CIPD Level 5, at least five years'' HR generalist experience, strong UK employment law knowledge and a pragmatic, client-focused approach. Availability of 6–8 hours per week and occasional UK travel. Immediate start within Rosie's People delivery model.
