Overstory is seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to build the team that brings our mission to life. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact, balancing excellent day-to-day recruiting operations with shipping features to scale.
You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, partner with hiring managers and leadership from definition through sourcing, interviewing, and offers, and cultivate pipelines across timezones and geographies to support a remote-first, globally distributed team.
