FYST is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment team, tackling challenging Fin Tech, Payments, Infrastructure and Engineering roles. You will hunt for talent, map niche markets, and build pipelines rather than waiting for applications.
You’ll use Linked In Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray searches, and AI tools to uncover passive candidates and craft innovative sourcing strategies. English and Russian language skills are required.
