Fortress Safety is seeking an HR Coordinator/HR Assistant to sit at the heart of our People & Culture team in a hybrid role (3–4 days on-site) in Wolverhampton. You’ll own Workday from hire to leave, handling onboarding, recruitment support, compliance, L&D and employee engagement.
You’ll act as the Workday Superuser, maintain data integrity, and drive efficient HR processes across the organisation. This is a hands-on role in a growing, purpose-driven company with opportunities for career growth.
