Hargreaves Lansdown is looking for a proactive HR Operations Associate to join the People team in Bristol. You will be the engine room supporting welcome for new joiners, onboarding, and ongoing employee lifecycle activities with a focus on accuracy and first-class service.
You’ll handle HR case queues, advise on policies, and seek opportunities to streamline processes. The role is permanent, full-time with hybrid working (3 days in the office).
