You'll identify and engage C-suite and leadership talent, build specialist networks within your market, and support retained search assignments for some of the UK's most exciting high-growth businesses. From day one, you'll receive exceptional training in executive search, market mapping, stakeholder engagement and relationship management, developing skills that will set you apart in the recruitment industry.
