Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries and workplace conflicts
Supporting managers with practical HR advice and guidance
Managing and improving the performance review process

You'll be comfortable working independently, using your HR knowledge to provide pragmatic advice, while also being happy to get involved and make things happen.
Why Join?
This is a genuinely flexible opportunity with a business that values its people and has retained a strong family culture throughout its 50+ year history.
You'll benefit from:
4 days working from home and just 1 day onsite
£35,000 - £40,000 salary depending on experience
