Talent Acquisition Coordinator Forest House | Circa £26,700 per annum

What you'll be doingAs a TA Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Working closely with village talent teams, hiring managers, candidates and wider stakeholders, you will ensure recruitment processes are managed efficiently, service level agreements are met, and all recruitment activity is completed in line with company standards.
You will provide administrative and operational support across recruitment, candidate engagement, social media attraction and offer management, helping to attract and secure top talent for the business.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:- Conduct initial candidate screening
- As an ATS superuser (we use Dayforce Recruit) support with managing candidate activity across the recruitment journey, ensuring accuracy and the smooth progression of applications
- Support village talent teams, hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor and respond to recruitment queries
- Prepare, issue and follow up on employment offers and process contract amendments
- Create, schedule and manage job adverts across recruitment channels and social media platforms
- Support employer brand activity on Linked In, Facebook and Glassdoor
- Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate attraction initiatives

Core working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days home-working
About youEssential requirements:
- Previous experience working within an HR / Recruitment team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning, organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills with experience of using Microsoft packages
- Ability to work to deadlines, KPI's and SLA's
- Confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to multitask and work at pace
- A team player with a passion for delivering results
- Previous experience of using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Previous administrative experience
