Are you looking to start your career in Human Resources and make a real difference in a forward-thinking local authority? We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our People Services team. This role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities, providing an excellent foundation for a career in Human Resources. Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you will support key areas of service delivery including employee relations, policy development, organisational change, workforce planning and people-focused projects.

You will also undertake research and benchmarking, analyse workforce data, prepare briefing papers on employment legislation and case law, and contribute to service improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in a supportive environment while gaining practical experience of HR within local government.
