Recruitment Consultant – Business Support Hunter Savage | Belfast | Hybrid

Hunter Savage is growing and we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support team. Whether you are an experienced recruiter looking for a stronger platform, or a sales professional with the commercial drive and people skills to build a rewarding recruitment career, we would love to hear from you.

You will work with a broad range of clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, placing talent across administration, customer service, EA and PA, office management, and other business support functions.

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for business support clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
• Building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates at all levels
• Growing your own desk with the full backing of our operations, BD, and marketing teams
• Working across high-volume, transactional roles, managing multiple live vacancies and fast-moving candidate pipelines at pace
• Becoming a trusted specialist in a fast-paced, high-turnover sector

We welcome applications from candidates with:

• Experience of managing high-volume, transactional recruitment processes, or a proven sales background with a genuine interest in recruitment
• Experience or knowledge of the Business Support sector (desirable but not essential)
• Strong commercial awareness and a consultative, relationship-led approach
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset
• A positive, self‑motivated approach with a strong work ethic
• Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a relevant professional qualification (desirable)
