We’re excited to be recruiting an L&D Consultant to join us during an ambitious period of growth, helping build our reputation as the go-to partner for legally-informed, commercially focused L&D solutions. Your focus will be to design and deliver high-impact learning and development across a number of topics including (but not limited to) investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and difficult conversations.
You’ll build genuine consultancy partnerships with clients through insightful needs analysis, grounding every intervention in real employment law and HR practice. Working with a diverse client base from SMEs to large enterprises, you’ll help strengthen management capability and organisational culture, all within a collaborative, expert-led team.
About youYou’ll be a natural communicator with genuine experience and enthusiasm for delivering training, coaching or presenting to groups. This is essential.
Alongside this, you’ll bring solid Employee Relations knowledge - investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, capability, TUPE and redundancy. You’ll be ready to step back from the intensity of reactive casework and move into a proactive, consultative career.
You’ll flex your delivery style for different audiences, create interactive, scenario-based learning, and deliver confidently in person and virtually, all within our amazing, collaborative culture where knowledge is shared and ideas are valued.
You’ll hold at least one relevant qualification – such as CIPD L5, qualified solicitor status with training delivery experience, or substantial senior ER practitioner experience (10+ years) with demonstrable training capability. A mediation qualification would be a strong advantage, though isn’t essential.
