HR Director - Financial Services

Our client, a leading international financial services organisation, are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead the Human Resources function across multiple regions. As the HR Director, you will report directly to the UK Chief Executive. You will be a critical member of the leadership team and a trusted advisor to senior executives. • Provide strategic HR advice and solutions to support organisational transformation and sustainable growth
• Embed the people agenda into leadership discussions using data-driven insights and fact-based recommendations

We are seeking an accomplished HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven track record of delivering strategic impact across multiple geographies. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Previous Senior HR leadership experience
• Expertise in multinational organisations; financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, including social dialogue and collective agreements (UK legislation knowledge preferred).
• Broad HR expertise across organisation design, culture, leadership development, talent management, reward strategies, learning & development, and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational transformation and long-term workforce planning across diverse markets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively across cultures.
