BCA UK is seeking an HR Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term contract. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will deliver comprehensive HR administrative support and guidance on policy and procedures to line managers, helping to mitigate risk and ensure employment law compliance.
You will manage sickness absence, coordinate training with L&D, generate HR reports, and assist with change projects while fostering strong employee relations across sites in the Midlands.
