HR Advisor​/Generalist

Talented People are recruiting on behalf of a business based in Wokingham who are looking for an HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis! £35,000 - £40,000 + Company Car + Hybrid Working

Location:

Wokingham (1 day in the office, 4 days working from home)

• Advising managers and Directors on all HR matters.
• Managing employee relations cases.
• Leading recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Maintaining the HR system and ensuring legal compliance.
• Supporting employee development and engagement.
• Working closely with the Directors on HR projects and continuous improvement.

• Previous HR Advisor or generalist HR experience.
• Strong Employee Relations knowledge.
• A good understanding of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

Sector specific experience isn't essential - we're looking for the right HR professional with the ambition to grow alongside the business.
