Hours:
35 contracted hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary:
Up to £29,349.75 per annum plus £1,051 geographical allowance

We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary HR Coordinator to join our People Team at Advance for up to 10 months. We are a specialist supported housing association that is on an exciting journey to deliver more services and develop more housing for people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to allow them to achieve greater independent living.
Role responsibilitiesIn this role, you will join the existing HR Operations team who collaboratively ensure that all recruit to retire (RTR) tasks are processed and actioned efficiently and in a timely manner, whilst working to tight deadlines. The team are expected to deliver a consistently high quality of customer service to candidates, staff and management.
The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:
- Delivering prompt and efficient resolution to HR enquiries in line with our policies and best practice via our telephone helpline, email and in person
- Advertising job roles via our applicant tracking system
- Proactively processing candidates through our pre-employment checks to onboarding in a timely manner
- Accurately and efficiently process payroll changes through the HR system for payroll
- Work in partnership with our HR Advisors to support with the delivery of employee relations and recruitment requirements
- You will have an awareness of employment legislation, HR policies and best practice
- You will be a confident communicator who can give credible and reliable advice
- You will have a solution driven mindset, striving to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- You will have a passion to develop within the HR field
- A strong administrative background with HR knowledge is required for this role
