Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for Talent to join our Bristol team!

We’re either looking for an experienced Recruiter who loves Hospitality in all its forms as much as we do or someone with a strong sales/account management background who has thought about moving into Recruitment, this role will be focusing on growing the Hospitality TECH/IT desk – so if this your wheelhouse then I want to speak to you.

• Ideally a passion for recruitment – quality agency experience is preferred
• Be approachable and friendly
• Work as part of a team, everything is shared - no agendas and love to contribute
• The ability to work independently
• Be result driven and have the drive and enthusiasm to succeed – It’s a Sales job.
• You need to be a self-starter – manage your own time and desk
• To take ownership of your clients, and provide a high level of service exceeding expectations of both candidates and clients
• Able to manage the existing database whilst developing new business
• Multitask – must enjoy spinning a lot of plates and doing it well.
• Have excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Hospitality and People are what we’re all about – being a good human is essential.
