This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and organisational skills who would like to continue developing their career within Learning and Development. What is on offer? Salary of £28,077 Permanent, full-time position Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm Hybrid working with flexibility to work from home Generous annual leave Pension scheme Comprehensive employee benefits package Ongoing learning and development The role You will provide administrative and co-ordination support across the Learning and Development function, helping to ensure that training programmes and learning activities run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Co-ordinating learning and training activities Arranging courses, meetings and learning events Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Learning and Development team Maintaining accurate training records and learning management systems Monitoring mandatory training and compliance activity Producing reports and updating learning data Responding to enquiries from colleagues, trainers and other stakeholders Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Supporting learning initiatives linked to organisational change and employee development Building positive working relationships with colleagues across the organisation About you To be considered, you should have:
Previous Learning and Development administration or training co-ordination experience Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience of managing competing priorities and deadlines An understanding of the employee lifecycle Experience maintaining training records and producing reports Awareness of mandatory learning and compliance requirements Confident communication and relationship-building skills Strong Microsoft Office skills Experience using a learning management system would be beneficial A proactive, accurate and customer-focused approach Location and travel This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work mainly from home.
The team meets in person approximately two or three times each month , alternating between offices in:
Frome Devizes Andover There may occasionally be travel to other locations. Candidates can be based anywhere within a reasonable travelling distance but must be willing and able to attend all three main locations.
